Our pest control technician Braden is fantastic. He's knowledgeable thorough and always takes time to explain what he is doing. We are confident that our home is in great hands. Highly recommended!

I have been using CAPE since they were Scorpion Tech years ago. They are top notch and I have referred many friends over the past 13 years. Andy is amazing and his staff is always on point. Recently Braden has been performing my service and I also have to give him 5 stars. He is an asset to CAPE. I only am in Phoenix part time yet I have no worries about pests when I return from Florida.

Excellent service by Will, as always. Every month like clockwork we receive a text reminder that either Will or Brayson will arrive to spray the exterior (unless otherwise discussed).—These treatments have proven effective as we have not seen scorpions in awhile! Today, Will texted describing the treatment he performed: “All finished ✅ Today I completed your exterior treatment consisting of spraying the foundation and the perimeter wall thoroughly. Also knocked down any visible spiderwebs along the exterior and placed down granules in the vegetation and rock areas to help with harboring pest. Thanks for choosing CAPE! The side gate was closed after the treatment was complete.” How awesome is that! Thank you SO MUCH, Will, for that message and your continued excellent work, as always.

CAPE has been a consistent and high quality provider for us for many years. Recently, we have been served by Manny, who is awesome! He communicates with us every time and goes above and beyond in identifying and correcting special situations. For example, the last time that Manny was here, it was towards the end of the summer. He noticed that we had several wasps around a bush that was close to the pool and the house. Instead of just spraying and moving on, he actually went and put his protective suit on and did a thorough investigation of what was going on and how to solve it. It truly was going above and beyond in his service, because he has so much pride in the work he does. Of course, we appreciated that very much. I hope that you also get this type of service that Manny provides to us.

William has been our tech and he’s always great. Any place that requires a little extra attention gets done without any issues.

We appreciate that Braden always gives us advance notice of our service time a few days ahead and texts when he is on his way, as well as when he has completed our service, with a report of his findings and recommendations. Today we needed inside treatment as well as having some other workers doing projects around our house. Brandon was helpful, flexible, and completed everything quickly. He is very thorough and responsive, especially if we have questions once he has completed our service. We highly recommend CAPE Pest Control for all pest control needs. I had the pleasure of having monthly service with Braden today. This isn't the 1st time, he's been here a few times and I'm impressed every time. He is punctual, thorough, explains things so I can understand them, follows up on his last treatment to make sure it worked, and he even sent me a personal text that described exactly what he did - which is not the usual protocol. He goes above and beyond, every time. This man deserves a HUGE raise - no matter how much he's being paid (and I have no idea nor would never ask). I look forward to his visit, because of everything above and he's just a super nice and friendly person.

They are always timely and get right to work. If we’re having any issues they always address them for us.
