I could not recommend Highland Cleaning Company enough! I have been using their cleaning services for my team's office for the past several months and they always do a phenomenal job as promised. Chris is a pleasure to work with and always responsive to any needs that may arise. Very thankful to have found a cleaning service as amazing as them!

We have been using Highland Cleaning Company for a few months now and I have to say we are so pleased to have found them and could not be happier with their level of service that they provide. Everyone has been so genuine and eager to meet our specific needs. My favorite thing about Highland is their openness to taking on specific little projects outside of the general clean and making the service feel catered to you and your home. I used Highland Cleaning Company for a 3 day event at a private residence & I have nothing but great things to say about them. Chris was always available by phone & email so I felt reassured I would be able to contact someone if need be. The cleaning team was fantastic during the event. They were punctual & ready to clean at the times requested. The team was thorough & made sure to clean all the areas asked of them. I plan to only use them whenever I'm next in the area!

Chris and his team are the best in class. I have a six bedroom AirBnB/VRBO house in Scottsdale that sleeps 16 people. We target and attract mainly large groups of 12-16 male golfers. As you can imagine the house can get used and abused. Highland Cleaners NEVER let us down. Even on short notice and same day turns. These are the greatest people to work with. We had a short term rental in Scottsdale which we recently sold and they were absolutely spot on. Always showed up and always went above and beyond for us even when we had a roof leak while they were cleaning. Chris reached out to me personally, drove to our house and mitigated the damage for us even though it wasn’t his job. Can’t begin to thank them enough. At Homework Remodels we cater to historic home renovation/ preservation, and home remodels for discerning homeowners of the valley, with a highly decorated reputation to consider when partnering new trade professionals. Possessing the proper insurance is a non-negotiable requirement so after discovering our post-remodel cleaning company no longer carried workers compensation insurance, a week before project completion, it was a mad-dash for me to research and discover a new partner to come in and clean a client's home post-remodel. After narrowing over a dozen potential companies down to a small handful based the Industrial Commission of Arizona's Worker Compensation Insurance Verification website, I was left with a small handful, most of which were easily eliminated based on both their response time and response disposition to my “emergency”. From there, I had only three to call and talk to and by far The Highland Cleaning Company surpassed my expectations in a last-minute email and phone call! Chris and Lisa, at the 11th hour, came through like superheroes! Very professional when discussing the project on the phone and he and Lisa signed subcontractor documents, dispatched a team and completed the work at our clients’ home like it had been prepped and scheduled with a month lead time! Our on-site project manager said the team did a fantastic job and, after visiting with Chris in person, asked that we use them for post-remodel cleaning on every job requiring it. A local, family-owned company that did not disappoint, even at the 11th hour!

These guys are professionals! I recommend them highly. They treat your home like it is their own. No job or chore is beneath them - including bird droppings all over my master bedroom. Not only have they never said “no” to any of my requests - they cheerfully appreciate the opportunity to work hard and sincerely seem to like what they do. Hire them, you will thank me later!

Most disrespectful, rude, nasty, unprofessional woman ever, the one in the blue cross over with the dealership writing on the back should be fired, almost starting a fight with a newly widowed woman and a woman with an injured arm, decided to not call me back for this complaint so here I am, you want to curse at someone, be rude, smoke on the job, curse and be the least understanding person in a situation then fine I don't feel the need to be understanding. I can't believe how disgusting the group of women that showed up were, didn't even let me finish what I needed to do, also threw away 50$ bra and swim trunks thay belonged to a friend of mines kid, don't bother with these people. I wouldn't even hire them to clean the blood out of my grout in my house WHERE MY HUSBAND JUST COMMITED SUICIDE, but couldn't even give me time to discuss the situation, just was hostile and disgusting. That women or little girl I should say in the blue cross over that's just another Karen in this world should be fired, I'll keep making complaints until someone chooses to own up to this very disrespectful and disgusting mistake. Or until she is fired.
