The Maids in Scottsdale

We had a great experience!! Highly recommend. The Maids did a deep clean of our house. It was a team of 4. They were here for 2.5 hours and were very thorough, professional, detail-oriented, nice, and punctual. Our house looks so much better. I am very happy with the results and look forward to using them again! Thank you Lulu and team

The three ladies arrived right on time and immediately got to work. They were professional, efficient, and did an outstanding job with my window cleaning service. I was very impressed with the quality and attention to detail, and I’ll definitely be using them again for a full house cleaning next time.

The Maids of Scottsdale have been absolutely fantastic! As a local real estate agent, I’ve trusted their team to clean many of my clients’ luxury homes and listings throughout Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and the greater Phoenix area — as well as my own home — and they always deliver exceptional results. They’re reliable, professional, and incredibly thorough. Whether it’s preparing a property for market, a deep clean after renovations, or making a home move-in ready for new buyers, The Maids of Scottsdale consistently provide top-quality cleaning services that make every space shine. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence truly set them apart. I’m so grateful to have a cleaning company I can depend on to make each property look its best. If you’re looking for a trusted, high-quality cleaning service in Scottsdale or Paradise Valley, I can’t recommend The Maids of Scottsdale enough!

Nice work. Nice people. Been using The Maids cleaning service for my design studio for the past year plus. Professional and on time. Very nice team of people who come to clean. Great job especially on our ceiling height glass doors.

Timely, thorough, and dependable, The Maids consistently do excellent work to keep your property sparkling clean. I’ll continue to use The Maids for all my cleaning needs.

THE MAIDS These house cleaners are the best!! Our team #7 were amazing and our home is so clean!!! We are very happy with THE MAIDS and their company and look forward to seeing them again soon!

We appreciate the great job done by Ari and Team 4! Holly and Team 4 did an excellent, very efficient job! We always appreciate their thoroughness. Kayla and Team 4 did a super job! We returned home from vacation to find our home spotless. Thanks!! Loved walking in to a clean home. Thanks Holly & Team 4

Great team of ladies. Excellent communication with them and their office. I just moved into a 1700sqft home -four bedroom, two bath- and the place had not been cleaned by the previous tenants, so I definitely needed to have a deep cleaning done, but it would’ve been too much work for us to do on our own. The team did a good job for a house that was pretty much impossible to make perfect, because it’s in need of some maintenance and updates. They made the best of it and had great attitudes and got it all done within two hours (which was very impressive considering the size of our place). I’d recommend them to anyone who needs a good deep cleaning job done for a fair deal and needs it done fairly quickly. Thank you MoS! 😊

Team II lead by Savanah did a fantastic job! They cleaned my house really well and efficiently. Really appreciate their hard work.

Yet another great service from The Maids/Scottsdale yesterday. The crews always do great work. I never have to do a follow up tidy after they leave. Easy, flexible, and friendly coordination from Mel. Proactive, diligent, professional work with elegant detailed touches from the field crews. Great people and fun personalities to boot. I’m requesting Karissa’s crew in particular moving forward. Thanks as always for the great work, gang!

Team # 7 did a great efficient and thorough cleaning and disinfecting job on a house that we have just purchased in Scottsdale. I was impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness in how they accomplished the job.

Team 4 under the leadership of Gabrielle are fantastic. They work efficiently and quietly ensuring all areas of my house are spotless. They even removed ink stains from my TV stand! My house always smells fresh and clean when they leave. Gabrielle is the best tesm leader!

Wonderful first visit from Team 4 The Maids of Scottsdale! They are helping my 82 year old mother to keep her home clean and tidy! They arrived on time - so cool that I can track where they are and let my mom know when they will arrive. Thanks!

I had an incredible experience with this cleaning service! They sent a team of three out to my home in Tempe and knocked out the entire house in under 2 hours. They were punctual, professional, and worked efficiently without missing a single detail. The place was absolutely spotless when they finished. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality cleaning in the Scottsdale/Tempe area!

The teams that come out to clean my home are fantastic, fast, efficient and never miss a spot! Always shows up with a smiles on their face. Mel in the office is super helpful, cares and goes above and beyond for the customers! Thank you, The Maids of Scottsdale!

I have had such a fantastic experience The Maids. Adara and Team 2 are incredible! Our home feels new after they leave. They are so kind, take great care, and are so thorough. It’s vulnerable to welcome people into your home, but they make it easy. I also love that you can provide feedback, and that they send you automated notices that they’ll be arriving. I’m so happy I gave them a try and highly recommend them!

The Maids did an excellent job cleaning our rental getting ready for next Tennant. All appliances cupboards inside super great. Highly recommend Matt and his team

The Maids are outstanding!! I love them! The team comes in (with protective clean booties) and goes to town! They are so very polite and friendly! Special requests, no big deal! They do every square inch of the place. They’re simply amazing and I’ll never switch services. One truly happy customer here!!

I would *not* recommend Maids of Scottsdale. I scheduled a cleaning for last Friday at 8am, planning around it so I wouldn’t be disrupted during my workday. I even arranged for my dog to be at the groomer to keep things smooth. By 9am, no one had arrived, and I was about to begin meetings. I called *at least* 15 times and left multiple messages before finally hearing back around 10am. Turns out, they had texted the wrong number earlier in the week to confirm my appointment, so they never actually had me on the schedule. I had to scramble and rearrange my entire day just to get a team out that afternoon—only because I had guests visiting that evening. While I appreciated them coming out later, the team was clearly rushed and not thorough. I had to point out *several* areas to be redone, which ironically made the entire appointment take even longer. To top it off, I was quoted $260 during a pre-walkthrough for recurring service. After the cleaning, I was hit with a bill for over $430—*nothing* close to what I was originally told. The miscommunication and lack of professionalism from start to finish was beyond frustrating. I wouldn’t have wasted my time with a pre-walkthrough if I had known the quote was going to be that inaccurate.

The Maids of Scottsdale did an amazing job! My house is sparkling! Thank you!

My experience with Kayla, Holly, Richard, Helen and the rest of the crew has been wonderful. They're respectful of my property, so kind, and always dependable. Matt and Mel are wonderful at returning calls and helping with any issues that come up!

I have used The Maids for several years and they always do a terrific job cleaning my house in the far northwest suburbs They are very thorough and always ask if I need anything special (liked the time I had a pie drip all over my oven) each visit. The company is easy to work with, including being very accommodating of last minute rescheduling requests. I will continue to use them.

Team 11 came this morning and really did an impressive job on my small condo. I wanted the deep clean and there were no more dusty corners or baseboards. Tables all shined and the house smelled great. They worked efficiently and I would use them again!

They left a mess. Dirty floors ( which is the basic) . When I complained they try to blame me. Terrible service and customer service . The worse cleaning and the most expensive one .

We're probably all familiar with SEAL Team Six and how great they are at their job. I'm adding The Maids Team Seven to the list of greats! They did a fantastic job cleaning my house! Thank you Team 7. I look forward to seeing Team 7 again. Team 2 is just the best! They do such a great job. My house looks, feels, smells wonderful. Thank you Team 2.
