Our 4-month backyard project completed a transition from average and outdated to a modern showcase. The project included a virtual walkthrough of the design, demolition and removal of trees, routing new gas lines and irrigation, near 4,000 sq ft of new patio and pool decking, elevation of a new fire pit and sun deck, complete pool refurbishment, erection of a pergola, and construction of a BBQ and seating area. Josh and Jennifer were personally and consistently engaged daily with the contractors to ensure continuous progress. The workers were professional, respectful, and of high craftsmanship. Luxe coordinated all activity and communicated with us, as the customer, regularly on progress and our satisfaction with the work. The project completed on schedule and on budget, with no surprises. Further, after completion Luxe followed up multiple times (now 9 months later) to ensure no latent issues prevailed. As with all projects, minor corrections were required and, without hesitation, Luxe immediately took care of any issues, to the extent that Jennifer took personal pride to ensure prompt resolution. Jen and Matt are INCREDIBLE. I can't say enough wonderful things about Luxe Outdoor Environments from the first time they came to the house to provide an estimate to the design, responsiveness, professionalism, work product, follow-up, pricing. All top-notch. This was a large project for us, and everything went better than expected. Our yard is stunning and was priced reasonably compared to other vendors. You will not be disappointed. They did everything for us from misters to a new drip system, all new landscape wiring and lighting, new plants, a custom gate, and even a new patio ceiling fan. Just truly amazing. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

We LOVE Luxe Outdoor! We had an existing system in the home we purchased that kept springing leak after leak. Matt came out, gave us a competitive quote and assured us we would LOVE our new system. And we DO! The experience from beginning to end could not have gone smoother. The installation crew was informative and fun to work with. They even showed us all the spliced connections that our old system had. After a few days (we thought it would be much longer) the yard was left more beautiful than it was AND we have an amazing irrigation system. We have customized zones, customized water delivery quantities, and a management system that utilizes information rather than our decisions to assure our plants are loved and cared for. Matt held our hands throughout the process, making sure we were informed and happy and educated at the end. Jen, in the office, was so easy to work with regaring timelines and information and payments. We would give Luxe Outdoor Environments 100 stars if we could! 💙

What excellent service! We had a bad leak in one of our irrigation pipes. Matt the technician came out the same day to assess the problem and then fixed it the very next morning! Plus Jennifer was super responsive, helpful and friendly on text. I recommend Luxe 100%!

Really great experience with Pro Outdoor Services !! I needed a misting system for my backyard patio. Very professional quotation process, complete and solid bid, competitive with others, once I decided on them, they scheduled an install date for the next week. Excellent and experienced crew (10-20 years experience) came exactly as scheduled, and had the job done that day. They came back two days later to make one or two minor tweaks based on my asks with no muss or fuss. The system works great, and have been using it daily. Love It !!

Very good experience from the initial team quote to final day of work. Matt helped us from the beginning for installing a new drip system from scratch, along with putting in a bunch of rock ground cover. The crew installed the system very quickly and knew exactly what they were doing. They installed my Rachio system I had already bought in my garage. After a lot of trenching and digging, the lines were in, along with a valves connecting to my hose/water source. The rock was dumped in 2 loads since it was such a large quantity. 2 guys from the crew worked hard over 2-3 days shoveling it into our front yard. They cleaned up everyday and finished the jobs perfectly. Very professional and didn’t take any shortcuts. Matt came by several times to make sure everything was done properly which was great. All of the emitters operate great and every plant needing water is set up exactly how I needed it. I will definitely use these guys again going forward. They got the job done fast and correct the first time. I wish more companies had the same work ethic and customer service!! ~ Eric R

We used Pro Outdoor Services to install irrigation system on our property. We had just spent thousands on new trees and plants and we wanted to be sure they had proper watering. We could not be more pleased with our experience from start to finish. Their quote came in better than others and their customer service was exceptional!!! Highly recommend!

From the initial contact through the completion of the drip system install, everything went very smooth. Matt was upfront on the pricing, which turned out to be more than fair. Installed a new misting system. Highly recommend! They were great to work with. Professional and knowledgeable. After install I had an issue which was not their fault. Without hesitation they came out and helped correct the problem. I was very impressed with Pro Outdoor Services. They stand by their product and are great to work with which is rare in today's world. We had our irrigation system replaced and our landscape lighting re-done, from start to finish was an incredible experience! Matt was so easy to communicate with and always made sure we were comfortable and knew everything going on. The whole process was so quick and the crew put in really hard work with some long, hot days!
