What Customers Say About Oasis Luxury Smart Homes
I have used oasis for some miscellaneous work here at our property and they’ve always come through and taken care of us. Was in a pinch with our system all of a sudden not working and Nick was able to rearrange his schedule a little bit to stop by and get it resolved.
I've had the pleasure of working with Justin and his team at Oasis Luxury Smart Homes on several projects, and each experience has exceeded my expectations. Justin and his technicians are not only highly knowledgeable, but they consistently offer creative, thoughtful solutions tailored to each project. They take the time to truly understand the scope of the work, communicate clearly, and set realistic expectations from the start. What sets Oasis apart is their professionalism and respect—for both the work and the client's property. The entire team is courteous, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. I have complete confidence in recommending Oasis to friends, colleagues, and clients alike.
Recently purchased a home with control4 installed. Larry with oasis was fantastic. We were slightly overwhelmed having zero experience with the system but with his help we are loving it. Highly recommended.
Oasis Luxury Smart Home completely transformed my house and brought it into the digital age! From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about creating a seamless smart home experience. They installed a Control4 system that makes managing everything in the house—lights, audio, TV, even security—so easy and intuitive. One of the highlights is the whole-home audio system they set up. The sound is crystal clear, perfectly balanced, and honestly makes every room feel like a high-end entertainment space. What really took things to the next level was the outdoor TV and surround sound system they integrated. Whether I’m relaxing outside with family or entertaining guests, it all ties together perfectly and sounds absolutely amazing. Oasis didn’t just install tech—they enhanced my lifestyle. Highly recommend if you’re looking to modernize your home with smart solutions that actually work and sound incredible.
Jennifer and Larry did a professional job from scheduling the initial lay out design to executing my new Eero router system in our home in Scottsdale. Upon installation Larry identified that the necessary coverage required could be done with only 3 towers instead of 4. He happily took the unnecessary tower back and I was refunded the difference to my account. He also programmed and installed a control 4 system which still working GREAT!
"Anybody who can afford to buy a large house can certainly spend $70K on an A/V system" (while complaining about another customer not wanting to fork out that much cash) - Desert Valley Audio Tech, May 2021 We bought a house with an existing home theater, network, and lighting system that was up and running through Control 4 when we moved in. We just needed to add our personal TVs and were considering updating a couple of other features. We hired Desert Valley Audio Video to install and/or update our wireless coverage and Control 4 back in May. The sales team that came out was knowledgeable, promised to use our existing equipment with just having to add on a few key pieces. They gave us a hefty 5-figure quote but we had faith in them, and agreed to hire them. That was a colossal mistake. The first tech that came out couldn't get our wireless coverage up and running properly. He completed several days of work, and considered his job done although there were huge gaps in coverage in several rooms - including our office. We told him that we needed coverage for the entire house, especially in the place from which we work - the office. He tried again. If he managed to get coverage, speeds were too slow for use. By the way, they told us we needed a totally new top of the line system with satellite extenders, and later we saw that the house already had such a system installed, and we never actually needed it in the first place. But I digress. The second tech that came out was eventually able to move around the pieces so we actually had coverage in all of our rooms with good speed, but it took several days, lots of holes, and frustration. He then began to work on the Control 4 system, while complaining about other customers, and that's when he said the above quote. Those TVs we asked to hook up? Turns out to actually make them work, they now had a new estimate and asked us to spend an additional $50K in parts and labor to get the AV system to a functioning level. He didn't complete the rest of the work and ultimately left us in May with a partially programmed Control 4 system that worked only in 2 rooms. They didn't finish programming the system to integrate lighting, sound, and other Control 4 features, which was within the original scope of work. So we had a conversation with the owner. He promised to send his best people this time and not the new guys. He apologized for that. It's now September. Fast forward to this week, the techs finally came out and had difficulties doing a simple television mount and install. They not only installed the TV crooked, which is puzzling since they had a level, they didn't install it at the height we requested, even though it was marked with a pencil. They argued that we didn't tell them to hang the TV there. So they angrily and hastily redrilled holes, left saw dust and debris all over our center speaker and actually packed up their tools and left when we weren't looking. They, of course left boxes, and other garbage behind. We called and asked them where they went, if they were coming back, and why they didn't complete the work they said they would do. Amongst other things, we talked about how we paid them to hook up our surround speakers in our living room and asked why they only hooked up the front two speakers. The tech insisted that people only use two fronts anyway and no one needs surround unless they are watching movies with airplanes in it. We laughed and said that's simply not true. So things took a turn for the worse and they said they will not come back to finish the job, insulted us, and said to call the home office. Photo below is after I set a level on the obviously crooked TV mounting just now. We were charged over $800 in labor alone for just that TV mount, BTW. I have an entire library of photos and could go on and on about their subpar work but it seems pointless to post. No one in this company stands behind their work. TLDR: Look elsewhere if you value a job done properly, on time, and even remotely close to the quote they initially give you.
