I booked an appointment for my Control4. Jeff showed up exactly on time. He was very professional and kind. He explained everything so that we could make the right decisions moving forward. He took the time to find us a new control box. Even went and picked it up and came back and installed it. Due to my schedule, he will be back to update it. But in the meantime we're very happy. We have our tv's and music back. I highly recommend this company. Update: Jeff returned and updated our system. Very professional and knowledgeable of what he is doing. We asked a lot of questions and advice and he had answers for us. Wipliance should be gratefull to have such a loyal employee.
I started using this company for my Lutron 3 lighting system. Matt is incredibly punctual and very easy to work with. He really knows his stuff in programming scenes. I think I'm going to give them a shot at taking over my Control 4 system. Looking forward in doing business with them again.

Working with Wipliance to get our audio/visual needs met for our office was a breeze! Once everything was ordered Jared and his team came in and started working. They are VERY clean and organized during the visit. They laid down mats and used a vacuum to clean up any mess from the dry wall. They scheduled a follow up visit to ensure everything was working as planned. Great group to work with!
