Kyra Barnes Mar 2022

I previously used another home management company and switching to Desert Valley Home Watch was the best decision I could have ever made. I am completely satisfied with the management and care they provide. My primary residence is out of town and I worry that things can happen while I am away, and they can and do. Their high level of attentiveness revealed an unknown roofing problem which saved me from a potential major and costly interior rehab project. My home is regularly thoroughly, and meticulously checked and scheduled for the necessary preventive maintenance services Most importantly, they are honest, communicative, dependable, and care for my home as if it were their own. Each time I return, my home is pristine and ready for my arrival. I can literally enjoy vacationing and resting without the burdens of home maintenance because that is taken care of when I am away. I can relax with confidence that my investment, my "home away from home" is being well managed and maintained. Thank you DVHW!
