I Watch 4 You

We enjoy working with Kurt. He is very responsive and his communication portal is convenient and easy to use. We are gone from Arizona all summer so it's reassuring to know there is a responsible person watching our property.

I have been using Kurt since 2018 and have been very pleased with his service. I find pricing to be reasonable for the services offered and I am glad to have someone watching over the property while I am away. Another advantage to this service, especially for those new to the area, is Kurt can offer referrals to contractors if needed and he is always available to contact with questions regarding the property. I would recommend his services to anyone looking to have their home watched while away.

We were recently compelled to change our previous vacant home inspections because our security firm discontinued this service. We were very fortunate to have selected Kurt. He has an excellent Client Portal for communicating special requests, arrival and departure dates and his thorough reports following a home visit. Kurt has been very responsive to our specific needs. Communication is excellent. Based on our experience so far, we would highly recommend Kurt for any concierge services you may have relating to your home and property.

Kurt is attentive and professional and a wonderful communicator! He jumps in when you need him and does a thorough walkthrough whenever he visits the property. I never think twice about our property when we are away, because I know Kurt will do whatever is needed and what he has promised. I cannot recommend Kurt highly enough.

We are incredibly pleased with Kurt and his services, he has provided peace of mind in making sure our property is taken care of and that we don't have any surprises when we return to our home. The detailed reports and pictures we receive after each of his visits are wonderful. We would highly recommend Kurt and his I Watch 4 You services!

Highly recommend! We've worked with several property managers and Kurt sets a new standard. His attention to detail, reliability, communication... it all shines. We can be away from our property and rest assured that he'll take care of everything and keep us informed. He also does concierge management services for us which means I get to enjoy my holiday instead of doing all those little house maintenance chores that eat up precious vacation time. Working with Kurt has been a pleasure.

Kurt is wonderful! Everything was very clear from the first meeting. He is always available to answer questions or for additional services. I don't worry about anything with Kurt watching over my home. He is a pleasure to work with and I will gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a home watch service.

Being a Canadian citizen and having a seasonal home in Fountain Hills has its advantages...until the pandemic hit. Not being able to visit our home due to travel restrictions we found Kurt and he has saved us from worrying about our home and ensuring it is looked after. The professional reporting and personal care that he has provided is more then we could have expected. The Client portal is a valuable tool to see what has been checked and if there are any problems. Even then Kurt still takes the time to call and make sure we are aware of any problems. Definitely worth the value knowing our home is well looked.

Kurt is an excellent choice for absent homeowners who need their property looked after. He spends the time upfront to understand your specific needs -- this is not a cookie cutter service. He is incredibly thorough and detail oriented and keeps an eye on your house as if it is his own. And that includes inside and out! He forwards pictures after each visit and is quick to take care of any issues that arise. Highly recommended.

My wife and I have been using Kurt's services for over two years now and he has always been professional, a great communicator and hugely invaluable. Last year, we had a pipe burst inside the home. Kurt was quite an asset for us, as we were not in town at the time. His skill set and ability to act quickly when something out of the ordinary happened was phenomenal. Kurt actually prevented a complete catastrophe from occurring! Knowing that Kurt is local while we are not, provides an irreplaceable peace of mind. We would not hesitate to fully endorse and recommend Kurt and his company to anyone!

Kurt is very professional. He offers valuable services & always follows through. We feel good about trusting our home to him while we are out of town & strongly recommend him to others.

My wife and I hired Kurt Gruendler, owner of I Watch 4 You, to look after winter home in Scottsdale this past May. His services sounded good on-paper, but his actual performance has exceeded our expectations. He is very organized and thorough, notifies us if problems arise, and has resources available to correct a problem if we need them. We are very comfortable that our home is in good hands while we are gone.

We hired Kurt during the first meeting. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and very caring. He loves what he does and takes great pride in what he does. We feel at ease knowing our home is in the best hands of Kurt. We are so please with Kurt. We highly recommend him.

We are lucky enough to live next door to Kurt and have him watching our house when we summer in Illinois. Sprinkler heads going off in yard and roof flashing coming off roof while we were absent were this past summers fixes. He is well qualified and trustworthy when watching our home . We highly recommend his services.

We have used Kurt for five years. He is meticulous, thorough, and honest. He has a great memory of past issues and takes care of your house like its his own. I would recommend!
