Elite Pro Concierge has been absolutely amazing. They have gone above and beyond to take care of everything for us. We are very happy with their service.

For many reasons I am glad I switched to Elite Concierge Services. They are prompt and thorough with their walk through services. And when they see something that needs attention, they not only notify you, they have a number of vendors they work with to fix whatever the matter might be. And then they coordinate with them on the timing of the repairs. This is such a big help especially during the summer season when we are in Michigan. And I love the video and the pics they produce with each visit. I cannot say enough good things about Elite Concierge.

Chris, Cathy and their team have gone above and beyond to take care of our home during absences. We do biweekly home checks, and monthly cleaning, but have also expanded into using their a la carte services such as project management and home repairs. We love their team!

I have retained Chris and Cathy the past 6 years to help me manage a second home for me here in AZ. I honestly couldn't have maintained the property without their professional and timely service. They are always available to help and have an array of experts to assist however complex the issue. Beyond the basics, they are terrific people that you soon come to regard as good friends. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I have had Elite watch over my property for over 6 years now and couldn’t be happier! They have full service, including contractors to do construction, maintenance and whatever needs you may have. I strongly recommend talking to them and highly recommend their services! I have had many projects inside and outside, including a full rebuild of my interior walls in two rooms, cabinetry work and floor work after a leak from the monsoons in my roof. They managed the whole thing and my house looks better than before. We even replaced the roof and they supervised a complete rebuild of my fireplace. Everyone who watches my house, including Graeme and Jessica always go the extra mile to make sure things are functioning as they should and the house is ready when we get back. Thank you so much, you all are the best!

We have relied on Chris and Cathy to watch over our home while we are away for months at a time. They have consistently managed many repair, maintenance and improvement projects with expert professionals. We trust their judgment and advice.

A number of years ago I was fortunate enough to run into Chris. We were unhappy with our current service and after meeting with Chris and Cathy, we decided to make the switch. As an out of country property owner it is important to have someone who you can rely on for whatever you may need. From repairs to checking guest in and out and even shopping for incidentals they have been fantastic. We have had such great piece of mind knowing our home is in good hands that we have recommended them to a few friends of ours. Dave and Erin MacDonald

I have used them for 8 years and my experiences have been great from regular house visits to project management overseeing maintenance issues. If there is ever an issue in my absence, they let me know and fix it. 5 stars are not enough.
