Immediately we thought of her again…I am so happy that we used her services for a second time, as she guided us through the many challenges we were to face. Her professionalism and knowledge is unmatched in the industry. She listened to all our wants/needs/suggestions as we worked as a team to achieve our goals. She was very present through the entire process, always returning our calls/emails etc in a very timely manner. I used JL Coates Interior Design for my first house. She was a great resource in a world of an overwhelming amount of options. I really appreciated how educational it was working with her to understand what products would work best in my space and why. Not only that, but she helped advise my partner and I on what renovations make sense for what we were trying to accomplish.
