S Interior Design

I had the pleasure of working with Suzanne before relocating and knowing I would be leaving behind much of my old furnishings and décor. During this time of transition, I needed someone I could trust, as I simply wouldn't have the time to do it myself. Suzanne did a beautiful job and was not only skilled but also incredibly patient and understanding of my emotions during a time of crisis. As an artist, I wanted my space to reflect my creative aesthetics—timeless, whimsical, and subtly elegant. After researching several designers and reading fantastic reviews of Suzanne's work, I knew I had to reach out. And I’m so glad I did! Plus, she loves dogs (a must if you’re in my life), and my dog was included in many of our design choices! From our very first consultation, Suzanne took the time to understand my vision. She listened carefully to my ideas, preferences, and personal style, ensuring that every detail was considered. Her ability to blend practicality with creativity is truly impressive. She curated a space that feels uniquely mine—balancing artistic flair with serene elegance. Suzanne works with a talented team that helps bring your vision to life. The furniture, colors, and textures she selected were perfectly suited to my aesthetic. Her thoughtful design approach seamlessly integrates my artistic background with timeless elements that will remain beautiful for years. I’m beyond thrilled with how everything turned out. Our home now feels like a true reflection of who I am, both as an artist and a person. My husband and dog are also thrilled—we all now have our personal happy space! I highly recommend Suzanne to anyone looking for a talented, attentive, creative, and masterful designer. Her work has truly transformed our home into something special.

She has an extraordinary gift for blending artistic vision with deep understanding of how people actually live in their homes. From our initial conversations, she truly listened to my husband’s and my daily routines, and what makes a space feel like "us." She then crafted a look that's exceptionally curated and unique to our personal style while ensuring every element prioritizes comfort, flow, and functionality. The result is our home feels incredibly inviting and lived-in, yet polished and thoughtfully composed, like a perfectly edited collection of pieces that all belong together. She masterfully balanced luxurious textures, thoughtful lighting, and intentional layouts so that the spaces not only look stunning but work seamlessly for everyday life—whether we're relaxing entertaining or just moving through the day. We have found working with Suzanne to be a delight. She has been a wonderful guide through our Family Room and Kitchen remodel process. She presents clear ideas and develops a complete concept for the design and makes sure the contractors bring it to life. The contractors she has chosen have been true professionals; on time, clean and exhibit exquisite skills. The job has been well planned and executed and within the agreed budgets. We have already engaged Suzanne to help us with the next phase of our home remodel. Summary – First class and well done.

My first experience with S. Interior Design was when I hired her to redesign my master bathroom. It turned out much better than I could have hoped! She somehow added space without taking down any walls. It impressed me so much, that I next hired her to design my kitchen. This did involve moving walls. It turned out amazing. Suzanne is easy to communicate with, she listened to my ideas and incorporated them into her design using her expertise. In addition, she made suggestions that I hadn’t even considered. Her suggestions ended up being my favorite part of the kitchen! Everything she has done for me has turned out beautifully, she is professional, and she stuck to my budget.

We were so fortunate to find Suzanne. She has an amazing eye for decorating and listens to what you want. She took us through a remodel and hires the best crew. Suzanne continues to visit during the project to make sure everything is going the way it should. We are now starting the next project and look forward to working with her. I highly recommend her. Suzanne was amazing to work with! From the beginning to the end, she listened so well to the design and feel we were going for in our new home. Throughout her entire process, she was so professional, organized, and showed that she genuinely cared for our ideas/input. Initially, the idea of working with a designer was a bit overwhelming however, she made the entire process smooth and simple. I feared the designer would take over and create a home environment in their image without listening to our needs but she really understood our family. Will definitely be looking to her for future projects and renovations.

We engaged Suzanne of S Interior Designs for guidance in remodeling our kitchen, living, dining rooms and master bath. We interviewed 3 other design consultants. We selected Suzanne because of the personal interest and creativity she showed from the initial interview throughout the remodel process. She was our ally in seeing that the contractor selected met our expectations. She listened, she recommended, and she followed through with grace, dignity, humor and most importantly, competence. Through the process, we not only gained a beautiful new home but also a great friend. We recommend her highly and without hesitation.

Suzanne is an exceptional interior designer who truly understands the art of blending personal preferences with timeless design. When my husband and I decided to revamp our living space, we were unsure of how to merge our different styles and tastes. The design choices have proven to be enduringly beautiful and functional, standing the test of time. My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Suzanne at S Interior Design on multiple renovation projects in our home throughout the years. Suzanne took our dream of an open concept kitchen, to include moving and removing walls, and made it a smooth and easy experience. She had a very detailed process for getting to know us and our tastes. Not only did Suzanne understand our wishes for our new kitchen, she also had very good ideas and designs that made it unique to our space, to include options we had not thought of. The result was absolutely beautiful and we couldn't be happier, so much so that we hired Suzanne to renovate our primary bathroom, two additional bathrooms, and general decorating designs for our living room. With each project she provided us with a detailed list of every aspect of the design. She understood my tendency to get overwhelmed with too many options, listened to my wishes, and was able to narrow the choices. We were also very pleased and impressed with not only her exceptional design talent, but also her relationship with vendors, trades, and General Contractors. Suzanne gave our dated home new life and beauty.

I felt overwhelmed by the idea of designing the interior of our new home, but Suzanne made the process feel seamless and organized. She helped us figure out a design sensibility that worked with the style of our house while also incorporating our ideas. She even considered our pets into her design plan. Suzanne’s approach to design is luxurious, but also livable- which is important to me and my family. She has helped us create a beautiful home that could be photographed for a magazine, but it functions perfectly for how we live. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
