Larry, Sam, and Joshua were professional, polite, and on-time in replacing two HVAC units. They went above and beyond by helping me change a very high air filter, and swept my flat roof. They wore protective footwear covers in my house. They installed new digital thermostats and ensured I was successful in connecting them to the app. The phone staff was very friendly as well. Highly recommend.

We have been with Larson Air Conditioning for about 8 years now. In 2026, it seems excellent customer service is dying; however, with Larson Air, you can expect professionalism and a neatly groomed tech who takes the time to explain and review maintenance options and the latest technology upgrades without being pushy. Today, Raegan was our technician for an annual check-up. He was incredibly polite, using booties in our home, which felt like white-glove service, and was kind to our dogs, who we’re not put away for this appointment. He was so personable; this experience felt like having a friend who was over to help care for our home. He was knowledgeable, which made us feel confident in his professional assessment. I truly appreciate how much thought Larson's company puts into our experience from their process, to their technician who is entering our home, and follow-up. Raegan is the company's true asset and an excellent representative of the Larson Air Conditioning brand. I give my highest recommendation to Larson AC for anyone needing help with their AC! I’ve been so impressed from start to finish. We had Larry out to do a regular service; he was prompt, very kind and professional, and knowledgeable. Our system was nearing the end of its life, so he got us all set up for a full replacement. He gave us multiple options to choose from and made sure we had all the info we needed to make the best choice for us, and we were scheduled less than a week. Zack and Nick came to do the replacement, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They were very respectful of our home, kept it clean and were very professional, helpful, and kind. The new system is so much quieter than our old one, and has a very handy thermostat that connects to our phones. They even handle taking away the old system too. I found Larson by looking for companies on Yelp and BBB. I was highly impressed with their ratings and the service we have received from them confirms it; it is clear they hold themselves to a very high standard. We have peace of mind knowing that if we need anything, Larson’s team will take good care of us.

When everything goes smoothly any company will do, but when there is a problem you get to see what kind of company you are working with. In my case after the system installation there was a noise from the duct in my bedroom. My regular technician Sam came out with the insulation manager Josh to diagnose the issue. The problem was the old duct work. They came back with material to fix the problem, and made sure it was working properly. They came back again (without being asked) to follow up and make sure it was still operating properly. Larson Air showed true concern that I was fully satisfied with the system. I had a good feeling about them when I chose them and my instincts turned out to be correct. I would recommend Larson Air without reservation.

Damien quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem, then went above and beyond by doing a thorough inspection of both AC units. He also set me up with an app so I can monitor my HVAC system while I’m out of state, which gave me real peace of mind.
