After going through 3 different pool companies in search of a qualified and trustworthy service, I finally found the one here with Palm Breeze!! My service technician Jake is awesome!! He turned my pool around in just 2 visits, taking it from a grungy cloudy pool no one wanted to use , to a beautiful blue lagoon we now enjoy any chance we get! He really knows his stuff, and brings a friendly, polite demeanor every week. The office is also very easy to work with, straight shooting and professional in every way. I highly recommend Palm Breeze!!
Best all around pool cleaners I've ever worked with (and i've worked with a lot...). Jim is a solid business man and has always been very fair to us. Best part is pool tech Keanu!! Since this is our first pool that we have ever owned, I was unaware of the care and costs that came with it for general maintenance. After the build out we used the recommended company to service the pool which was bought out 2 times within 2 years. Over the first 2 years those companies recommended all kinds of replacements and up sales to what I considered a brand-new pool that didn't need those extra costs. Since we have had Palm Breeze Pool Care, I have had no issues, no up sales, and our pool has been nothing more than perfect. Sometimes you forget to acknowledge those who keep our little things in line. I was reminded about that after this last big monsoon that they had to spend extra time to get back to its perfect condition. I would 100% recommend this company if you are looking for those standards.
