We are so very grateful for Luis, our Priority Pools pool service technician. After the unexpected, late season monsoon rains our pool was trashed. It was full of dirt, rocks, and plant debris. We thought we were in for some expensive clean up job requiring us to possibly drain the pool. But Luis showed up on his regular service day and worked an absolute miracle. He spent extra time to address the damage and left the pool in pristine condition. We were in total shock. He continues to provide exceptional service, always letting us know what items may require attention down the road and leaving our pool each week in tip top shape. Thank you, Luis! You are a gem!

Jacob from Priority Pools has been servicing our pool for about a year now, and he’s simply the best! We really appreciate how Priority Pools keeps us in the loop with emailed pictures, detailed overviews of what’s been added to the pool, and reminders for things like quarterly filter cleanings. They’re also super responsive by text, which is a huge plus. The pricing is great (also love that we have auto payments set up!), and Jacob has been the most dependable pool tech we’ve ever had. Priority Pool did a great job repairing my pool system! Adriana kept me updated throughout the process and sent me pictures of the completed work, which I really appreciated. They made sure everything was inspected and tested. They also confirmed that my weekly pool service was completed. They have come out once so far and they did a better job in one cleaning then the previous company i hired for a year. They were very informative and I appreciate that very much. Customer service has been great. I will leave another review in a few months. I hope they keep up the great work

Donivan came out and did a great job brushing the pool taking the time to show me how to clean and put back together my pool filter with all those panels never new how to put it back together pool looks great adding all chemicals yes I say true professional thanks Donivan

Jacob has been servicing my pool for about a year now. He doing an excellent job keep the pool looking brilliant and crystal clear. Being in the desert an occasional haboob/dust storm does a job on the pool. Jacob works his magic and it is back to normal!

I love their weekly and monthly service, but don't try to get any level of customer service from them if you need anything. I've been trying to get a copy of a particular invoice for nearly two months and keep getting sent to voicemails that never once has gotten a response. Beyond frustrated!

I recently started to do business with Priority Pools and they have been extremely professional knowledgeable and their customer service has been excellent. There was a technician who had to replace my pumps. He was very thorough explaining what had to be done and since I just bought the house he also walk me through the system and how to use everything. We also had a leak on our heater and he came back to repair that as well he once again was thorough and the job was done correctly and pretty quick. Dave is good and Priorty Pools is a good pool company.

Priority Pools has done a fantastic job of turning our pool around the last few weeks. We started with a ton of algae and now have a nice clear pool! They have been willing to work with our budget and have always been open and honest about their services. Our tech Frank has been especially helpful and friendly and always explains what he is doing and what he recommends for next steps. Gives us peace of mind knowing we have such a great technician and company taking care of our pool. Can’t recommend them enough!

Priority Pool Service has been a great company since I set up service. The process to start service was easy and very informative. The weekly service is very consistent with great communication of when they will be here and receiving an email with a report after every service. Communication is very easy and they are fast to respond. I would highly recommend this business to anyone!

I was searching for a new pool company to take over service of my pool. We had issues with our prior company's consistency and overall quality. We had numerous issues previously with chemical imbalances, but Priority was able to come in and clean up the mess! Our pool is sparkling clean and ready for all of our family summer bbqs and events. Started with Priority Pools today. George came out for a long visit to get things started. Did a great job, inspected everything and cleaned pool and filters. Probably two hours or more!! Secretary Felicia was very nice and informative. Took the time to talk with me. Never in a rush. Regular service starts next week so will keep you posted but so far, Fantastic!
