I can’t say enough good things about this company! They have been incredibly thorough and dependable since day one. Every time they come, they take their time and put in so much effort to make sure my pool is sparkling clean and well cared for. After a big storm, they even went above and beyond by helping me get an umbrella out of the pool, something they absolutely didn’t have to do, but it shows how much they truly care about their customers. Their attention to detail is unmatched, and you can tell they take pride in their work. The pricing is also very fair and competitive, especially for the level of service and dedication they provide. It gives me peace of mind knowing that my pool is always in great hands, and I never have to worry about a thing. If you’re looking for a pool company that is reliable, hardworking, and genuinely committed to doing the job right, I couldn’t recommend them more highly. They’ve made pool ownership so much easier and stress-free for me, and I’m so grateful to have found them!

Ryan with Paradise Pools is the best! He’s reliable, professional, and always goes above and beyond for my clients. He handles many of my client's regular maintenance and keeps every pool looking perfect, but what really stands out is how quickly he jumps in when something unexpected happens. He recently helped one of my clients with a major pool emergency—the water had turned green, and Ryan was out there right away to fix it. He handled the problem quickly and kept everyone updated the whole time. Ryan and his team are incredible! I can tell he treats his clients and team members with respect and does thorough work. Finding a good pool maintenance company can be so hit-or-miss here in The Valley, so I’m extremely glad to have Paradise Pool in my life!

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY: Ryan and his company did the following: *WAY over chlorinated my pool for the purpose of overcharging me and cause need for filter cleanings. Do your homework as I now have. Take a sample of your water to Leslie. After a full month of no servicing by PP my chlorine levels still were heavily out of normal range but somehow I’ve NEVER had a month of service that didn’t include chlorine. Last service was 11/4. *Attempted to bill me twice for a month of service. Argued with me about it until I was forced to show him the Zelle transfer from months earlier. *Repeatedly entered my yard on non scheduled days with no notice. Then after Ryan finally was clear about that concern, he decided one morning to clean my filter without notice so he proceeded to ring my doorbell, bang on my door and ring the doorbell again to wake me up and “get permission” after waking me up. *Once cleaned my filter and charged full price after I replied to the notification email declining the service. Then left a mess of grey matter in our yard that took me days to clean up.

I've used Paradise Pools for many years for pool maintenence. Ryan and his team have been great. They are always quick to respond to my needs and always come up with a suitable solution. They keep our pool looking beautiful all year round and I would highly recommend them.

Paradise Pools does the monthly maintenance on our residential rental property. They have also done a pool draining and acid wash of the pool upon our initial purchase. I have found Ryan and his team to be honest, punctual, thorough and reasonably priced. I find that the weekly photos sent to me after each pool cleaning to be helpful and provides a great visual given that I am not living on property.
