Paradise Pool

I can’t say enough good things about this company! They have been incredibly thorough and dependable since day one. Every time they come, they take their time and put in so much effort to make sure my pool is sparkling clean and well cared for. After a big storm, they even went above and beyond by helping me get an umbrella out of the pool, something they absolutely didn’t have to do, but it shows how much they truly care about their customers. Their attention to detail is unmatched, and you can tell they take pride in their work. The pricing is also very fair and competitive, especially for the level of service and dedication they provide. It gives me peace of mind knowing that my pool is always in great hands, and I never have to worry about a thing. If you’re looking for a pool company that is reliable, hardworking, and genuinely committed to doing the job right, I couldn’t recommend them more highly. They’ve made pool ownership so much easier and stress-free for me, and I’m so grateful to have found them!

Ryan with Paradise Pools is the best! He’s reliable, professional, and always goes above and beyond for my clients. He handles many of my client's regular maintenance and keeps every pool looking perfect, but what really stands out is how quickly he jumps in when something unexpected happens. He recently helped one of my clients with a major pool emergency—the water had turned green, and Ryan was out there right away to fix it. He handled the problem quickly and kept everyone updated the whole time. I can’t recommend Ryan and Paradise Pools enough for anyone looking for dependable, high-quality pool service in the Scottsdale and Paradise Valley area.

Ryan and his team are incredible! I can tell he treats his clients and team members with respect and does thorough work. Finding a good pool maintenance company can be so hit-or-miss here in The Valley, so I’m extremely glad to have Paradise Pool in my life!

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY: Ryan and his company did the following: *WAY over chlorinated my pool for the purpose of overcharging me and cause need for filter cleanings. Do your homework as I now have. Take a sample of your water to Leslie. After a full month of no servicing by PP my chlorine levels still were heavily out of normal range but somehow I’ve NEVER had a month of service that didn’t include chlorine. Last service was 11/4. *Attempted to bill me twice for a month of service. Argued with me about it until I was forced to show him the Zelle transfer from months earlier. *Repeatedly entered my yard on non scheduled days with no notice. Then after Ryan finally was clear about that concern, he decided one morning to clean my filter without notice so he proceeded to ring my doorbell, bang on my door and ring the doorbell again to wake me up and “get permission” after waking me up. *Once cleaned my filter and charged full price after I replied to the notification email declining the service. Then left a mess of grey matter in our yard that took me days to clean up.

I've used Paradise Pools for many years for pool maintenence. Ryan and his team have been great. They are always quick to respond to my needs and always come up with a suitable solution. They keep our pool looking beautiful all year round and I would highly recommend them.

Paradise Pools does the monthly maintenance on our residential rental property. They have also done a pool draining and acid wash of the pool upon our initial purchase. I have found Ryan and his team to be honest, punctual, thorough and reasonably priced. I find that the weekly photos sent to me after each pool cleaning to be helpful and provides a great visual given that I am not living on property.

Loooove Paradise Pools! Our pool has never looked more beautiful. We had a chronic issue with summertime algae that our previous pool service providers couldn't solve. Ryan fixed it on the first visit. The ongoing weekly service has been fantastic - very thorough cleaning, reliable, great communication and always going the extra mile especially during monsoon season. Highly recommend!!

We have had a number of different pool companies over the last 10+ years since we’ve had a pool. Ryan and the team at Paradise are the best we’ve had by far. Our pool is surrounded by a lot of mature trees, shrubs and plants which makes it difficult to keep in pristine condition. Ryan and his team have done an excellent job and are always so responsive whenever we’ve had any storms or weather that have wrecked havoc on our pool. Highly recommend!

We’ve had such a great experience with Paradise Pools! They do a fantastic job keeping our pool in perfect condition, and they are always professional, reliable, and friendly. It’s rare to find a company that not only does excellent work but also treats their customers (and dogs!) with such kindness. Highly recommend!

Ryan has been our pool cleaner for over three years and his work is exceptional. Informative, conscientious and reliable, Ryan has more than meet our expectations. He responds quickly to concerns as well. We cannot recommend his work and company higher. Thanks, Ryan.

Been using Paradise Pool cleaning services for over 2 years now. They have been very transparent and never upsell you. They keep real good of my underground pool and always keep informed on the condition as my home is used as short term rental and I am rarely there to monitor things all the time. I highly recommend this company.

I have been extremely impressed with the pool service! He does an amazing job keeping the pool spotless, is always reliable, and pays attention to detail. The pricing is very fair and reasonable compared to others in the area. It’s rare to find someone who provides both excellent quality work and great value. Highly recommend his service!

Paradise pool is the best! They are reliable and they do an amazing job. We’ve been using them for two years. We have the same technician every week and he does a great job and makes great recommendations when needed!

Paradise Pools has been taking care of my pool for over 5 years. They do the weekly maintenance and have replaced my pool pump. The service is always great and reliable. I appreciate the photo and email they always provide after my pool has been serviced. I’ve had a beautiful sparkling pool thanks to them!

I have had a number of pool service companies over the years and Paradise Pools has given outstanding help with my refinished pool. No job was too much and every request was met promptly and thoroughly. Thank you Ryan

Paradise Pool is an amazing pool company! Ryan always discusses all the alternatives and costs associated for any issues that may arise. He automatically schedules filter cleanings and ensures the pool is always sparkling! His staff is always polite and efficient. We highly recommend Paradise Pools!

I’ve used the service since I purchased my home this past August. I’ve had a variety of different pool cleaners with this service but they are all polite and do a good job. They are reliable and take good care of my pool.

We have been using Ryan and Paradise pools for a few years. The pool always looks great! And they do a great job tracking service of the equipment and filter.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Paradise Pool for several key upgrades to our community’s pool and spa, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Ryan and his team consistently deliver exceptional service at competitive prices and have proven their expertise time and again. Over the past year, they’ve completed several projects with great success, including replacing our spa filter, installing a new pump start capacitor and silencer blower motor, upgrading the spa’s chlorination system, and installing new sand filter media for the pool. What stands out the most is Ryan’s knowledge of pool systems and his willingness to adapt to our unique needs. He’s been responsive, always quick to address any concerns and ensure the work was completed on time. His professionalism and expertise have made all the difference in maintaining the functionality and safety of our pool and spa. If your HOA or community is looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and responsive pool service, I highly recommend Paradise Pool. They’ve been an invaluable asset to us.

Always on time always very thorough good communication and a fair price to keep my small pool looking spectacular

The best! Ryan and his team are amazing. We moved to the valley 8 years ago and went thru 3 pool services before Paradise Pool took over. We have used them for 4 years now and so happy! Weekly service is fabulous. Any equipment repairs are always fair and completed without issues

Always on top of the pool care & communicates whenever additional service or chemicals are needed and lets us know costs upfront. Highly recommend Paradise Pools! Thank you!

The best! Have used Ryan and his team for almost a year now. Every week they post updates on how your pool and systems are doing to your email. Love their services. On time, consistent and very trustworthy. Being a Midwest person I knew nothing about pools. Ryan and his team take great care of my family and provide a great pool service experience. Thanks again!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I’ve been using this company for the last couple of years and they do a great job keeping my pool clean! No complaints here :)

Paradise Pools came highly recommended when i was in search for a new pool maintenance company. I reached out to Ryan and he responded very quickly letting me know that he would be able to service our pool. He was able to add me to his already busy schedule in less than a week which put my mind at ease. After our first visit he emailed me a detailed report with photos of our pool and detailed what he did during his visit. Very excited that our pool will be in such great hands going forward. Thank you Ryan for your promt response and for taking care of our pool!
